Setting up your session is totally stress-free. I have a simple flow to make sure every detail is covered so you can focus entirely on relaxing and feeling your best while I handle the rest.

Pick a Time

Find a spot on my calendar that works for you. Just a few clicks and your path to relief is officially on the books.

Get a Note

I will send a quick receipt and a few easy pointers on how to get your space ready for your mobile massage.

Intro Forms

Safety first. New friends just need to fill out health forms and pay within 72 hours of booking to lock in their spot. This helps me tailor the perfect massage experience just for you.

Cancellation/Refund/Reschedule Policy

• If you need to change your plans, just let me know 72 hours before your session. You can reschedule once for free or get a 50% refund if you cancel.
• If a change happens less than 72 hours before we meet, I won't be able to provide a refund.
• No-shows/missed appts, including if I can't reach you when I arrive, are non-refundable.
• If a session ends early for any reason once I’m on-site, it is considered a completed visit and no refund will be given.
• Everyone gets one free reschedule within a month of the original date. Weather issues or changes on my side don't count toward your limit.
• If the weather is bad or I have to cancel, you’ll get a full refund or a free reschedule.
• Please make sure to pay and complete all/any paperwork within 24 hours of your approval so we don’t have to cancel your spot.

Hydration

Being well-hydrated supports circulation and muscle recovery. Drink plenty of water before and after our session.

Comfort & Draping

I provide clean linens and use professional draping techniques to ensure you feel secure, respected, and covered.

Stairs & Access

I can accommodate one flight of stairs. Floors above the first must have elevator access; if access prevents the session, it is a no-show.

Room Setup

Please provide a clean, clutter‑free, smoke‑free room with good lighting and minimal distractions. For a massage table, I need at least a 10' x 10' open area; for a chair, at least 5' x 5'. If the space is not suitable for massage, the visit will be considered a missed appointment

Where I Go

On the Way

I bring the spa to North Knoxville and nearby spots. Local visits does not have travel fee. If you’re a bit further out, just ask for a custom quote. Prepaid travel fees keep my mobile schedule running smoothly for everyone.

Comfort & Safety Standards

I maintain a strictly professional and respectful space to ensure your safety and comfort. Any violation of these boundaries will result in an immediate termination of the session and a refusal of all future bookings.

Substance‑Free Space

Sessions must be completely free of alcohol and illicit drugs.

Mobility

You must be able to get on and off the table or chair without physical assistance. I can provide step stool if advanced request is given.

Weight Limit

For safety, the table and chair each have a 300 lb weight limit.
