• 72-hour notice for 50% back. • No refunds within 72 hours. • One reschedule per booking. • Sessions end at the set time. • Full charge for no-shows. • Updates via text. • Bad weather allows for a one-time refund or a new date.
I am so happy to work with everyone. To keep my portable table sturdy and ensure we both stay safe during the session, I do have a 300 lb weight limit. You’ll also need to be able to hop on the table yourself, though I always have a little stool ready to help you up.

Safety first. New friends just need to fill out health forms and pay within 72 hours of booking to lock in their spot. This helps me tailor the perfect massage experience just for you.

- 72-Hour Notice: Please cancel at least 72 hours out to get a 50% refund. Short Notice: Cancellations within the 72-hour window are non-refundable. Missed Sessions: Full payment is kept if you aren't home for our start time. Rescheduling: You can move your date once with 72 hours' notice. If I Cancel: You get a 100% refund or a free reschedule immediately. Weather: If roads are dangerous, we will refund or move your session; this does not count against your one allowed change.
Where I Go
On the Way
I bring the spa to North Knoxville and nearby spots. Local visits have a flat $15 travel fee. If you’re a bit further out, just ask for a custom quote. Prepaid travel fees keep my mobile schedule running smoothly for everyone.

To keep our session healing and happy: (1) Please be sober and substance-free for your visit. (2) Any inappropriate behavior means the session ends right away without a refund, and I may not be able to book you again. (3) For the table's safety, I have a 300 lb weight limit. (4) You’ll need to be able to hop on and off the table yourself, but just let me know if you’d like to use my step stool. (5) If a space feels unsafe for any reason, I may need to stop the service.
Your Space
I’ll drop by 15 minutes early to get ready. Please have a quiet, tidy, and bright spot waiting for me. To keep things focused on you, let’s have kids and pets hang out in another room during our time. If the space isn't quite ready for a professional session, I’ll have to count it as a no-show to keep my standards high for everyone.
Comfort
Your peace of mind is my top priority. I always use professional draping and provide fresh, sanitized linens so you can feel totally relaxed and at ease.
Booking Info
Paying in full locks in your spot, so please finish that up within 72 hours of booking. Just a heads-up on stairs: I can carry my gear up two flights max. If you live higher up without an elevator, I won't be able to make it work this time, but I appreciate your understanding.
