• 72-hour notice for 50% back. • No refunds within 72 hours. • One reschedule per booking. • Sessions end at the set time. • Full charge for no-shows. • Updates via text. • Bad weather allows for a one-time refund or a new date.

Setting up your session is totally stress-free. I have a simple flow to make sure every detail is covered so you can focus entirely on relaxing and feeling your best while I handle the rest.

I will send a quick receipt and a few easy pointers on how to get your space ready for your mobile massage.

Intro Forms

Safety first. New friends just need to fill out health forms and pay within 72 hours of booking to lock in their spot. This helps me tailor the perfect massage experience just for you.

Guidance

I genuinely appreciate my time with you. Please review these helpful details so I am on the same page should your schedule shift unexpectedly at the last second.

72-Hour Window: Please provide notice 3 days early for a 50% refund.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled under 72 hours are non-refundable.
Missed Session: Full payment is retained if you are unavailable either by phone and/or at home when I arrive.
On-Site Termination: If you or I choose to stop or end the session for any reason once I have arrived at your location, it is considered a missed session, and standard cancellation terms apply.
Moving Dates: One reschedule is allowed with 72-hour notice.
Provider Cancellations: Full refunds apply if I must cancel.
Weather: Hazardous travel conditions permit a direct refund or date change.
Therapist/weather reschedule does not count toward the one allowerd.

Where I Go

On the Way

I bring the spa to North Knoxville and nearby spots. Local visits have a flat $15 travel fee. If you’re a bit further out, just ask for a custom quote. Prepaid travel fees keep my mobile schedule running smoothly for everyone.

Room Setup

Preparation begins 15 minutes early to transform your location into a professional suite
. Please ensure the room is quiet, bright, and clean.
To minimize distractions and maximize your results, keep children and pets in another area.
I must maintain the right to cancel if a space is not conducive to mobile bodywork.

I prioritize your privacy and comfort with clean, soft linens and professional draping, creating a cozy and welcoming space where you can focus on your relaxation

Billing Info

Confirm your appointment by providing payment 72 hours in advance.
For logistical safety, I can carry my equipment up two flights of stairs.
If your location is on a higher floor without elevator access, I will be unable to serve you due to the physical requirements of transporting my mobile massage station and supplies.
