    Getting ready for your massage is simple. Please complete the digital intake form so I can personalize every stroke to fit your wellness goals. Just ensure there is enough space in your residence for the massage table to be set up. Your ease and security are vital to me, so please let me know if you would like a step stool provided for your use. I will arrive ahead of time to transform your space into a peaceful sanctuary.

02 YOUR SESSION TIME

• I’ll show up 15 minutes early to transform your space into a peaceful sanctuary. • We will have a quick chat about your wellness goals to tailor the bodywork just for you. • Modesty and comfort are guaranteed with professional draping throughout our time together. • To help you settle onto the massage table comfortably, a step stool is available upon request. • Your feedback is vital—please let me know if you need more pressure or a different music vibe. • Enjoy every moment of serenity as we spend this hour revitalizing your physical and mental health.

03 AFTERCARE TIPS

• Take your time getting up to keep that lovely relaxed feeling going.• Sip plenty of water to help your body stay refreshed and hydrated.• A little post-massage soreness is normal as your muscles reset.• Give yourself 10 minutes of quiet time once I pack up to enjoy the calm.• Message me anytime if you have questions about stretching or self-care.• If you enjoyed your session, a quick review really helps me out.
